      Shipping

      Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the carrier (USPS, FedEX, DHL) based on destination and transit time.  From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.

      Since items have varying production times, we will ship your items as they are completed so not to delay your order. This means items may come in multiple shipments at no additional charge to you. 

      When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

      PLEASE NOTE: Some items are made to order and have longer production times. This is noted in an acknowledgment PRIOR to adding the item to your cart. Production time is separate from the transit time to ship. For example, if you select Priority Express Shipping, this is the amount of time it will take to arrive AFTER production is completed.

      Backpacks/Lunch Boxes/Pencil Cases/Journals

      Our inventory for backpacks, lunch boxes, pencil cases, and journals are kept on site in our Jacksonville warehouse.  Orders for these items placed by noon EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day. Per USPS requirements of shipments weighing more than 13oz, backpacks are shipped USPS Priority Mail and arrive 1 to 3 business days after they leave our studio.

      PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE USPS PRIORITY MAIL TIMES ARE AN “EXPECTED” DELIVERY DAY PROVIDED BY THEM. AS NOTED ON THEIR WEBSITE, PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT GUARANTEED. THE ONLY SERVICE THEY GUARANTEE IS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS. WE DO NOT PHYSICALLY TRANSPORT PACKAGES OURSELVES AND ARE NOT THE REASON THE CARRIER DID NOT LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE.  PLEASE MAKE YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE YOUR FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR DELIVERY ISSUES.

      Masks/Filters

      Our inventory for masks and filters are kept on site in our Jacksonville warehouse.  Orders for these items placed by noon EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day. Please review sizing on masks prior to purchasing.  Masks and filters cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Apparel

      We proudly use direct to garment and sublimation methods for printing our apparel which prevents fading or peeling of the artwork..  Due to the added cost of this process and our goal to keep our prices affordable, we do not mass produce our apparel.  All apparel is printed at the time the order is placed.  Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship during peak season (back to school and holiday).

      All Other Items

      We use a dropship method for travel bags, totes, messenger bags, fanny packs, mirrors, etc. Therefore, they are made to order and are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We source multiple manufacturers for our items to find the best quality.  In some cases your order may ship from international locations.  These items typically arrive about 10 days after the order is placed. As a result, they are not available for Priority Express shipping.  We ship travel and messenger bags via DHL.  Please provide a phone number to avoid delays.

      We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery (excluding masks, filters, personalized/custom and clearance items). Merchandise must be unused and unwashed. Backpacks and totes must be unopened in their original packaging. This means the seal on backpacks and lunch boxes must be intact. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items AND shipping exchanges, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Blended Designs (documented damaged, wrong item).  If the wrong item is sent to you, it CANNOT be exchanged if the item is opened. When there is documented damage or an error, Blended Designs will provide a return label. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a replacement will be sent.

      MASKS AND FILTERS FALL UNDER THE CATEGORY OF PERSONAL HYGIENE ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

      We offer a warranty of up to 60 days less normal wear, tear, and misuse.
